A leading Canadian commercial real estate lending organization with a multi-billion-dollar mortgage portfolio is looking for a Yardi ERP / Business Applications Analyst to join their team on an approximately 12-month contract. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support business-critical applications, enhance financial processes, and ensure the stability and performance of the organization's Yardi setting.As a key member of the Business Applications team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day support, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Yardi platform. Working closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will troubleshoot application issues, optimize system functionality, support financial reporting, develop SQL-based reporting solutions, maintain data integrity, and help drive process improvements across the organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support for the Yardi platform, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues in a timely manner.Configure, maintain, and optimize Yardi modules including Voyager 7/8 (Elevate), Investment Accounting, PayScan, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, BillPay, Procure-to-Pay, and Construction Manager.Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to improve accounting workflows, strengthen financial controls, and support regulatory and audit requirements.Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support Finance, Audit, and operational reporting needs.Perform financial data analysis, reconciliations, data validation, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Administer user access, security permissions, YardiOne dashboards,



and periodic access reviews.Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release activities while supporting change management initiatives.Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration records, and end-user support materials.Deliver user training and provide ongoing guidance on system functionality and best practices.Act as the primary liaison with Yardi and third-party vendors for system enhancements, integrations, and issue escalations.Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and overall platform efficiency.QualificationsPost-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Accounting Systems Support professional, or in a similar role supporting Yardi Voyager or comparable ERP/accounting systems.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.Experience supporting core accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Investment Accounting.Strong financial data analysis skills, including reconciliations, data transformation, validation, and data governance.Experience developing SQL queries, financial reports, and data extracts; SQL experience isconsidered a strong asset.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.Strong documentation skills and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
