Key Responsibilities:
• Design technology solutions that meet service specifications
• Develop functional design documents for client needs
• Design high-level application flow structures
• Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards




• Compile comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
• At least 7 years working with Adobe AEM technologies
• Proven track record in writing business design documents
• Familiarity with the Public Sector Transfer Payment Model is beneficial
• Expertise in developing application flow diagrams
