Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive golf lessons tailored to individual skill levels, focusing on swing mechanics, putting, chipping, and course strategy
- Demonstrate proper techniques through clear, motivating instruction and hands-on guidance
- Assess players’ abilities and set achievable goals to improve their game effectively
- Provide safety instructions related to golf equipment and course etiquette to ensure a secure learning workplace
- Organize group clinics or workshops that promote teamwork, skill-building, and fun
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, progress notes, and player feedback to track development over time




- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages questions, participation, and continuous improvement

Experience

- Proven experience in teaching golf or related sports with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to instruct players across various age groups and skill levels with enthusiasm and patience
- Knowledge of golf techniques, rules, safety protocols, and course management principles
- Experience in swimming is a valuable bonus, especially for coaching younger or beginner players in water safety or aquatic activities related to golf events or programs
- Certification from recognized golf teaching organizations or relevant coaching credentials are preferred but not mandatory
