Take on a pivotal role as a Grants Development Advisor with Talawakelle Tea Estates PLC in beautiful Sri Lanka. Drive community initiatives focusing on sustainability and empowerment in a full-time engagement. In this role, you will spearhead partnerships that enhance livelihoods and promote gender equality.
You will design proposals, identify funding opportunities, and improve project monitoring and reporting systems. Your strategic vision will support impactful initiatives within plantation communities and engage diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop corporate partnerships for CSR projects
- Design and package proposals to secure funding
- Enhance systems for monitoring and reporting to stakeholders
- Train staff in proposal writing and donor communications
- Connect with development agencies and corporate partners for co-funding Requirements:
- Degree in International Development or relevant field
- Minimum two years in grants or partnership development
- Familiarity with ESG and CSR principles
- Solid collaboration and communication skills
