Duties

- Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled menu items with precision and consistency
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for grilling
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including equipment sanitation and workspace organization
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation




- Support food service operations by serving guests efficiently and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic work environment focused on excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Prior food service or restaurant experience, especially in grilling or kitchen roles
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
