This energetic position involves cleaning large glass surfaces, utilizing various tools and techniques to ensure windows are spotless, streak-free, and visually appealing.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional service, contributing to the professional image of our clients’ facilities.

Duties

- Clean exterior and interior windows of commercial buildings using hand tools, squeegees, scrubbers and power tools to achieve a streak-free finish
- Use ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as cleaning fixtures, removing debris from window sills, and ensuring surrounding areas are tidy
- Apply cleaning solutions and techniques suitable for different glass types and building surfaces
- Maintain equipment by inspecting tools regularly, performing minor repairs,



and ensuring proper storage after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, including heavy lifting and working at heights

Qualifications

- Experience with commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred; familiarity with window cleaning techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong facilities maintenance skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity required for climbing ladders or moving equipment
- Prior experience with custodial tasks or general cleaning is advantageous
