As the Facilities Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include providing support for all building‑related and equipment activities for our retail hearing centres nationwide. You will be a part of a fast‑paced team working to ensure that all facilities are safe and well functioning. Respond quickly to facility and equipment emergencies and failures.Coordinate service calls with contractors and clinic team.Work cooperatively with vendors and contractors to get quotes and expedite the completion of repair and maintenance work.Maintain tracking programs for audiological equipment, inspection schedules and repairs.Support the reporting and review of facility‑related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchasesCoordinate and complete purchase orders to assist with supply flow to clinics.Provide prompt and customer‑focused response to requests and issues from clinic staffPlan ahead to assess and mitigate risks to clinic operationsProvide administration support to project management initiatives as neededContribute to organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job components.Other related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForCollege diploma or equivalent working experience2-4 years of experience in administrative field.Analytical decision making and problem-solving skills,
