Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, managing the salon’s booking system with accuracy
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients
- Support stylists by preparing workstations, organizing supplies, and handling retail product displays for upselling opportunities
- Promote retail products and additional services to clients to enhance their experience and increase sales




- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services, availability, and pricing

Skills

- Strong social media skills (Creating posts, videos, taking pictures, editing)
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques or a willingness to learn about salon services
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist clients confidently
- Experience in retail sales or upselling to maximize revenue opportunities
- Front desk experience or familiarity with appointment scheduling software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
