Overview

Robert Morris University is looking for a Head Coach for their Women's Rugby

Team. The University is a proud member of the National Small College Rugby

Organization (NSCRO) with successful men's and women's programs. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season.

There are 3-5 away games during the season which typically occur on weekends.

Preference is for the coach to attend all practices and games. This is a part-time, non benefit eligible role limited to working no more than 950 hours per calendar year.

Responsibilities

Attend practices and games.

Assist with the coordination of recruiting and camps.

Help manage the team from the bench during games Assist with off-season conditioning/video breakdown.

Teach on-field skills and player development.

Lead the organization of practices and games.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

One year minimum of coaching at the high school or collegiate level.

Reliable, self-motivated, team-player,



with solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Valid driver's license required.
