Requirements

- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset
- Minimum of 5 years experience in communications, media, marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies across digital and print platforms
- Robust writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Experience in cross-cultural communication is highly beneficial
- Confident user of communication tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, social media, newsletters, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to lead and coach remote teams, and to collaborate across time zones




- A heart for discipleship and a passion for seeing lives transformed through sports
- Willingness to raise personal support or secure funding for the role
- Must be comfortable with a hands-on role, especially in the early stages
- A committed Christian with a lifestyle that reflects Christ and aligns with OM’s values and Statement of Faith
