Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate prospect for a Automotive Program Manager in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facilities.

The Automotive Program

Manager is responsible for leading automotive hot and cold stamping programs from tooling kick-off through launch and mass production. This role serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, tooling, production, quality, purchasing, logistics, and finance to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all customer requirements. The overall execution of the program with respect to planning, resourcing and customer management.

Manage all aspects of the project development including cost, schedule and resourcing. Provide technical direction whether personally or by charging appropriate resources to do so. Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams.

Report to customer as to program status through the means of timelines Manage multiple projects Ensure creation and thoroughness of all product documentation such as requirements, design and test specifications. Once the product is shipping,



monitor customer returns and assist manufacturing in any issues that arise. Support customer and internal project team in product obsolescence and end of life issues.

Current experience with Automotive OEMs, preferably more than 5 years. Previous business development or account development experience preferred. Ability to cross boarder travel MBA) or demonstrable equivalent is preferred.

The Company is vertically integrated from mined raw materials, direct reduced iron, and ferrous scrap to primary steelmaking and downstream finishing, stamping, tooling, and tubing.
