We are looking for a Human Resources Director Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives Manage strategic planning for the Human Resources department Manage all aspects of HR activities with the help of a passionate and autonomous team (staffing, employer branding, onboarding, training and skills development, performance management, labour relations, TFW, OHS, salary management and compensation) Lead a high-performing HR team and foster its professional development Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and legal standards Oversee the payroll management process Drive initiatives to improve organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent retention Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and needs Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, providing HR insights and solutions Manage employee well-being Desired Profile:

Requirements University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role,
