Operations Quality Supervisor Company: AAA Canada (mandate for a major player in aeronautics) Type: Full-time, Permanent position Schedule: Day shift Permanent employment offering stability and security. Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality inspectors within their scope. Ensure the conformity of work carried out on aerospace structures according to requests from the Engineering department, customer specifications and Quality standards. Manage non-conformities, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and ensure follow‑up.

Ensure that the measurement and inspection tools used by his team and production are calibrated and compliant. Participate in the development and implementation of inspection plans and quality procedures. Work closely with production, engineering and maintenance departments to resolve quality problems and optimize processes.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.). Prepare and present quality performance reports Technical DEC in mechanical engineering, aeronautical manufacturing, or equivalent field.



A bachelor's degree in engineering or a certificate in quality management.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance in the Aerospace sector, including at least 2 years in a supervision or leadership role. Confirmed experience in aerospace structure inspection. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical plans and diagrams (structural, mechanical).

Solid knowledge of aeronautical quality standards (AS/EN 9100, etc.). Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is an asset. Proficiency in technical English (written and read) and French (spoken and written).

Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem‑solving methods.
