Responsibilities

- Define and implement control processes and documentation audit.
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of new parts and their inspection plans (SAP data entry)
- Be responsible for the compilation and release of technical documents (data entry).
- Be responsible for archiving and auditing the documentation
- Be responsible for the serialization of aircraft parts and equipment (data entry)
- Be responsible for preselected document scans
- Respond to specific requests for documentation (internal customers)
- Create and maintain standard procedures for documentation in the cells.




- Participate at different internal governances and present the evolution reports of the progress for the projects

Qualifications

- You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalen, or any combination of experience and relevant education
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in documentation and certification for document control
- You are proficient with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
- You have good IT knowledge (database)
- You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
- You must have effective problems solving skills
- You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable.
- You have excellent communications skills in French and English
