This senior leadership role requires collaboration across various departments to enhance cyber resilience and threat assessment capabilities. Establish a regulatory framework that aligns with the CNSC Cyber Security Strategy while adapting to emerging risks and technologies.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an interdisciplinary team of security professionals
- Develop nuclear cyber security regulations and requirements
- Oversee the implementation of the cyber security framework
- Monitor threats and maintain the Design Basis Threat
- Advise on licensing and compliance matters regarding security risksRequirements:
- Degree in natural or engineering sciences, security, or cybersecurity
- Experience advising senior management on security issues
- Skills in partnership development and resolution approaches
- Proven ability in risk assessment and regulation management
