As a key player in the Resident Services department, you will work part-time, 26 hours bi-weekly, primarily in the afternoons and alternate weekends. Applicants are required to have at least one year of experience in long-term or geriatric care and must possess current registration as a Nurse Practitioner. Your contributions will lead to improved health outcomes for residents and ongoing staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in clinical assessments and care
• Guide staff development and mentoring initiatives




• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care plans

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience
• Current Nurse Practitioner registration in Ontario
