Cottage Dream Vacations is a luxury resort development group seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to build relationships with accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals. This role offers exclusive access to confidential, high-value investment opportunities and the chance to directly shape the growth of our expanding resort portfolio.
What Your Work Looks Like
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and investor acquisition strategies
- Manage and access a network of accredited and high-net-worth individuals
- Manage the full sales cycle—client engagement, onboarding, and relationship management
- Oversee CRM operations, monitor pipeline performance, and guide the team toward growth targets
- Ensure compliant operation of securities sales
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at the EMD dealing representative and compliance team, and service providers to Cottage Dream Vacations
What We're Looking For in a Candidate
- Proven track record in fund-raising, private equity, wealth management,
or investor relations
- Robust network of accredited and high-net-worth individuals
- Strong background in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Understands securities compliance and instilling a compliance culture
- Strategic thinker able to plan, execute, and iterate growth initiatives
- Passion for financial innovation, access, and digital platforms
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- REQUIRED: Licensed dealing representative or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent licensing to sell exempt securities in Canada prior to start date
What We Offer
- Base salary: $90,000-$125,000 (depending on experience)
- Aggressive commissions consistent with industry averages (uncapped)
- Hybrid schedule (2 office days / 3 days in market)
