Responsibilities

- Lead the finance team and contribute to overall strategy.
- Build financial structure, integrate subsidiaries, advise leadership.
- Support investments, strategic planning, and work closely with the French holding.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with management and holding.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, risk management, and compliance.
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Optimize costs, margins, and processes; implement KPIs.
- Develop and lead a high‑performing finance team.
- Manage certain administrative areas (insurance, contracts).

Profile

- Degree in finance/accounting (CPA required).
- 15+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in construction/engineering.
- Knowledge of long‑term contract revenue recognition.
- Experience in strategic or quick‑growth environments.
- Strong communication in French & English.
- Proficiency with ERP, financial tools, and digital/tech trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven impact on growth.
