Are you an experienced project control professional seeking a dynamic opportunity? Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. PCO-Banking. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing project monitoring and control activities within a large-scale project environment, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, and managing key stakeholder communication. Pay rate range (CAD): $62.62/hr – $75.14/hr Responsibilities Manage RAID logs, ensuring accurate ingestion and ongoing maintenance of risks, actions, issues, and decisions Consolidate and prepare weekly and adhoc reporting materials, including status reports and project status updates Track and manage interdependencies across project workstreams and external projects Consolidate monthly cost forecasts, track actual spend, and analyze variances Maintain project change control documents, including PCR lists and related activities Organize, track, and log project artifacts, ensuring compliance and supporting reviews Track and report on project schedule milestones, deliverables, and tasks, escalating slippages as needed Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication Desired Skill-Set 10+ years of project monitoring and control experience, including schedule management, reporting, RAID,



and financial oversight Proven experience managing large projects or programs Strong stakeholder management skills Knowledge of project methodologies (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid) Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and prioritization skills Attention to detail, self-starter attitude,Adaptability, and ability to work with limited direction Nice to Have Banking or financial industry experience PMP certification BeachHead is an equal prospect agency and employer.
