Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in the Capital Markets industry, ideally with a top‑tier consultancy, specialist financial services consultancy, or leading bank or market infrastructure provider. Demonstrated expertise in front‑to‑back Capital Markets operations and their evolving relationship with technology, such as automation and AI‑driven processes, digital assets and regulatory technology (RegTech). Proven experience managing and leading complex, multi‑disciplinary teams and large‑scale projects with strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C‑suite and senior stakeholders.



Tech‑savviness and willingness to learn, adopt, and apply relevant tools and software to enhance client service and operational efficiency. Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and client service skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility.
