Reporting to the Manager, Health & Safety, this role focuses on implementing and monitoring safety protocols at the plant. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Your responsibilities will include training delivery, audits, and support for health and safety initiatives while partnering closely with management and the Joint Health & Safety Committee. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance on health & safety policies and initiatives
- Monitor Plant Health & Safety Programs for risk elimination




- Facilitate a safe work setting for all stakeholders
- Develop and deliver health & safety training programs
- Conduct audits and facilitate corrective actions as needed Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
- 3-5 years’ experience in a progressive H&S; role
- Knowledge of provincial/state safety regulations
- Valid Advanced First Aid or EMT certification
