Elevate Indigenous health and wellness as a Manager of Health and Social Services with Taku River Tlingit First Nation. Oversee essential programs that nurture community health and holistic welfare. In this managerial role, you will report to the CAO, guiding all health and social services initiatives for Taku River Tlingit citizens.

Your expertise in wellness policies will drive the development of culturally reflective practices, ensuring effectiveness in service delivery. This role requires solid leadership, financial control, and collaboration with community partners to enhance self-governance in health matters. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and evaluate health and social programs effectively
- Develop culturally appropriate policies and procedures




- Control budgets and financial reporting to funding bodies
- Cultivate partnerships with Indigenous organizations
- Communicate respectfully with citizens and stakeholders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, post-graduate preferred
- Experience in management within First Nations health services
- Strong knowledge of Indigenous health legislation
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and complete criminal record check Lead vital health programs and policies that reflect Indigenous values in service delivery.
