Key Responsibilities

- Lead data quality initiatives and policy development
- Deliver training programs for coding staff and students




- Collaborate with CIHI and other healthcare databases
- Audit coding practices for continuous improvement
- Develop resources that support coding proficiency assessments

Requirements

- Health Information Management accredited diploma or degree
- At least five years of relevant coding experience
- Active CHIM certification and engagement with CHIMA
- Proficient in data quality analysis and reporting tools
- BC Driver’s License necessary
