Atwill-Morin is a leading restoration, masonry, and construction contractor specializing in commercial, institutional, industrial, and heritage projects. As a COR®-certified organization, safety is at the core of everything we do.

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Supervisor to join our team and support our construction projects throughout the GTA.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
- Ensure compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and company policies.
- Support and maintain our COR® Health & Safety Program.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver site orientations and safety training.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and field staff to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Required:

- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Health & Safety experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario construction health and safety legislation.
- Experience conducting inspections, audits,



and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid G Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to construction sites throughout the GTA.
- First Aid/CPR certification

Assets:

- CRSP, CHSC, NCSO, or similar designation
- COR® certification or other safety management systems.
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification
- JHSC Certification (Parts I & II)

Compensation

Salary: $70,000-$95,000 per year (based on experience)
