About The Role In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC and plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a certified professional who can work independently, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair residential furnaces and air conditioning systems.
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing system issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Test equipment after installation or repair to verify proper operation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Certified HVAC Technician with the ability to install, service, and repair residential furnaces and air conditioners.
- Experience performing residential plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Boiler installation and service experience is considered an asset.
