We are seeking a knowledgeable In-Person Tutor to support work with senior-level high school students on math and science.

The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with the British Columbia curriculum for high school in both math and science.

Responsibilities:

- Provide in-person tutoring sessions for high school students in Math and Science.
- Tailor lesson plans and explanations to align with the BC curriculum.
- Assist students in understanding key concepts and preparing for tests/exams.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of the BC Math and Science curriculum for Grades 8-12
- Patient, reliable, punctual, and professional.

Assets:

- Previous experience tutoring high school level math and science
- Ability to tutor Calculus 12, Chemistry 12 and Physics 12
- Ability to tutor university level math and science courses

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
