We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients in need. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence. Ideal candidates will have experience in assisted living, senior care, or nursing home environments, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those they serve.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable workplace
- Support clients with dementia or disabilities through specialized caregiving techniques
- Assist with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare providers to ensure consistent and effective care delivery
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and medication administration is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs safely
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and their families
- Ability to work independently while following established care protocols
- Certification or training in home care or nursing assistance is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, respectful, and committed to providing high-quality personal care services
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
