- Supervise Community Health Workers in service delivery
- Oversee implementation of individualized client care plans
- Provide training and evaluate personal care techniques
- Advocate for clients and facilitate health care access
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams for patient care Requirements:
- Registered with BC College as practicing LPN
- Minimum two years related experience with supervisory role
- Current valid BC Driver’s License
- Knowledge in clinical specialties, such as palliative care
