Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Host, you'll play an key role in creating the exceptional Guest experience Boston Pizza is known for by:

Greeting every Guest with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude

Managing the Guest waitlist and seating Guests efficiently

Answering phone calls and assisting with takeout orders when required

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and Host stand

Communicating effectively with Servers and Managers to ensure smooth Guest flow

Anticipating Guest needs and providing accurate wait times

Assisting with Guest inquiries and creating positive first and last impressions

Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Helping create an outstanding experience for every Guest

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive with a strong team-first attitude

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is considered an asset, but it isn't required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
