Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly for resolution.
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning procedures for high-traffic areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored securely according to company policies.




- Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service and responding promptly to guest requests or special needs.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices ensures seamless integration into guest service operations.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond courteously to guest inquiries.
