Lead the transformation of HR processes at SLC Management as the Director of HR Integration. Manage the consolidation of legacy systems into a unified digital platform on a contract basis. This 18-month contract role reports to the Managing Director, Talent and Strategic Initiatives.

Your expertise in project management and HR technology will be crucial for integrating five legacy platforms into a single operation, ensuring seamless execution across multiple business units. Collaboration with HR, Technology, and Finance teams will form the core of your responsibilities. Develop and maintain integrated project plans and milestones

- Manage weekly project status meetings and reporting
- Conduct change, gap analysis, and recommendations
- Ensure data governance during system transition 8+ years in project management with complex integrations
- Robust HR process design and HRIS delivery skills
- Agile project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Workday or similar systems
