As Lead Counsel, you will partner with various teams to support the launch of EOR services in recent markets. This includes advising on wage and hour compliance while also assisting in broader employment law matters. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you’ll play a crucial role in Rippling’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise HR Advisor teams on employment matters
- Provide product counseling for Payroll and Time
- Review employment regulations for compliance
- Create employment and termination agreement templates
- Foster collaboration across Product and Operations teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of legal experience
- Deep understanding of employment law
- Juris Doctor or equivalent required
- Familiarity with PEOs and EORs preferred
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
