As part of the HR administration team, this role focuses on the administration and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems. You will act as a functional expert, providing valuable insights and ensuring data accuracy while supporting key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include automating HR tasks and developing impactful HR metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS modules ensuring proper functionality
- Optimize HR processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Troubleshoot issues and offer user support
- Create reports and dashboards for accurate HR metrics
- Collaborate on HRIS improvement projects with IT Requirements:
- Degree in HR, business admin, IT, or related
- 5+ years in HRIS roles with optimization experience
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for data tasks
- Familiarity with ADP, Power BI or equivalent
