Shape the future of early education as the Regional Lead for the Pre-Primary Program at HRCE. Bring your expertise in early childhood development to support school leaders. Serving over 60,000 students, the Halifax Regional Centre for Education is looking for a dedicated Pre-Primary Program Regional Lead.

You will work closely with school administrators to deliver a play-based early learning curriculum that is equitable and accessible. This position requires an individual capable of enhancing the effectiveness of the Pre-Primary Program across multiple school sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with principals on implementing the Pre-Primary Program
- Provide pedagogical support and training for educators




- Support in the hiring and evaluation of PPP staff
- Ensure compliance with the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum
- Foster an inclusive and diverse learning workplace Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood development
- Minimum five years of experience with preschoolers
- At least two years in a management or leadership position
- Relevant certifications in First Aid
- Experience in a unionized public sector is beneficial Use your skills to create nurturing and effective learning spaces for young children in the Halifax area.
