Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fundraising strategies while overseeing donor relations and corporate partnerships. - Develop and implement multi-year fundraising strategies
- Manage relationships with major donors and foundations
- Drive donor engagement strategies and retention
- Prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Act as a public representative for KindredRequirements:
- Business or related degree required
- 7-10 years progressive fund development experience
- Track record of major gifts and corporate partnerships
- Donor management system experience advantageous
