Telecon seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to support our team remotely, visiting the office in Carp 1–2 days per week. This full time role emphasizes employee relations and HR problem-solving across our diverse client base. In this pivotal position, you will draw on your expertise in labour and employee relations while effectively liaising with both French and English-speaking clients.
Your skills in performance management, issue resolution, and metric reporting will be essential in partnering with business leaders. Provide HR performance management guidance to leaders
- Conduct investigations and facilitate employee relations
