Reports To: Global HR Manager

Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based)

We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing e-Storage business across North America. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives; support organisational design, workforce planning and talent strategy; coach leaders on performance management, engagement and team effectiveness; drive change management initiatives in a high-growth workplace.

Hands-On HR Delivery: Execute core HR processes including onboarding,



performance cycles and off-boarding; provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes; maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities.

Systems & Data (Workday): Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting and analytics; ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems; use insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Recruitment & Retention: Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs; champion company culture and values across the e-Storage business.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong working knowledge of Workday (transactions, reporting, data management).

Experience supporting technical, industrial or energy-related businesses is a plus.

Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation.
