Position Title: HRBP, North America Human Resources Entity: CS e-Storage Reports To: Global HR Manager Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based) We are seeking a hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast‑growing e‑Storage business across North America. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience. Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness Drive change management initiatives in a high‑growth environment Hands‑On HR Delivery Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding Provide guidance on employee relations issues,
