Generalist will report to the Director of People and Culture, playing a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. With a minimum of two years in HR, you will administer advantages, support training initiatives, and maintain compliance with employment laws while fostering a culture of trust and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles




- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Provide HR guidance on policies and best practices
- Participate in workplace investigations and conflict resolution Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum two years of relevant HR experience
