Key responsibilities include advising on policies, staffing, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Build collaborative relationships with teams
- Coach leaders on performance and career development
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Oversee department administration and compliance Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR experience in progressive roles
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience in creative industries is an asset
