Southwood Golf & Country Club (www.southwood.ca) is currently seeking energetic, service oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Hut/Beverage Cart Servers.

A “service” mindset is a requirement to provide support to other staff members, as well as frequent interaction with club members.

We are looking for detail oriented, highly motivated, driven individuals with a positive attitude that have the ability to work in a team environment. If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in offering exceptional service, we would love to have you be a part of the Southwood team!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- High attention to detail
- Friendly personality and customer service driven
- Ability to create a positive Member experience through interaction and adherence to steps of service
- Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
- Able to successfully solve problems through good decision making
- Monitor cleanliness before, during and after service
- Actively demonstrate teamwork,



sincerity, helpfulness and courtesy
- Open Availability, weekends and holidays and reliable transportation required

*Quick mental math skills

- Record member charges accurately.
