Dawn InfoTekInc is seeking a hybrid QA Lead to ensure the high quality of online banking applications. This position involves working 3 days in-office at locations in Downtown Toronto and North York. As the QA Lead, you will manage QA strategy and coordinate between client and vendor teams.

Your responsibilities include developing and executing test plans and ensuring compliance with all security and regulatory standards. Mentorship of junior QA staff is also a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the vendor's QA Lead on client engagements
- Execute comprehensive QA strategy for online banking
- Train and guide junior QA professionals
- Track and report on defects and compliance issues
- Provide detailed QA metrics to clients Requirements:
- Over 7 years of QA/testing experience, including 2+ years of leadership
- Experience with fintech or online banking applications
- Robust knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Hands-on manual testing and API testing experience
