We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Filing Assistant for Permanent Residence applications to join our team.

Experience Required: 2 Years of Experience in Immigration field is required. Experience in Express Entry & PNP is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Fill in data in the online IRCC forms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Proofread and initially check all documentation for accuracy
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to gather documents
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve services

Wage: Starting from $18.00 to $24.00 onwards based on your experience

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Express Entry or non-Express Entry PR cases.
- Excellent writing skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
