We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Immigration Attorney & Team Manager to join our growing firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with a passion for business immigration law and proven team management experience.

As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and clients, handling a range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters while managing a team of paralegals to meet our case filing goals. Lead and manage a team of paralegals to achieve monthly case filing goals, exemplifying our three-pillar model Highest Quality Legal Work, Exceptional Client Service, and a Caring Approach. Oversee the preparation and filing of non-immigrant (L-1,



H-1B, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates.

Stay current on changes in business immigration law and apply this knowledge to client matters. Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance, as well as corporate immigration policies and strategies. Guide clients through the PERM labor certification process and ensure that they understand their options and responsibilities.
