As an In-Flight Service Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the Chief Flight Attendant and Flight Operations team.

Your responsibilities include policy development, flight report management, and overseeing onboard food service quality. Collaborating with suppliers and ensuring regulatory compliance will be key to enhancing the travel experience for passengers across Northern Quebec. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and follow up on flight reports
- Develop operational procedures and reference documents
- Assist in the recruitment of Flight Attendants
- Monitor onboard food service quality and compliance
- Participate in audits related to in-flight supplies Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English; Inuktitut is a bonus
- At least 1 year of flight attendant experience
- Familiarity with Transport Canada’s IFS program
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
