Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an Inbound Call Handler for our Nationally recognised client in Swindon, SN3.
- 9am – 5pm
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday – Friday, occasional weekend cover
- Ongoing Temporary position, with potential to become long term
About the Inbound Call Handler Job
- Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service while understanding the reason for the call and passing to the appropriate team
- Taking explicit messages and passing to relevant colleagues
As an Inbound Call Handler, you will need the following skills and/or experience:
- Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work independently during busy periods
