? What You'll Earn ✅

If each client is worth $5,000/month and someone closes 10 new clients every month , then:

- 50% of the first month’s management fee.
- 10% recurring monthly commission.

By the end of Year 1 (120 active clients), the salesperson would be earning:

- $25,000/month from first-month commissions (if they continue closing 10 current clients each month), plus
- $60,000/month in recurring commissions from existing clients.

? Who We Want → 3+ years B2B sales experience (digital marketing, SaaS, advertising, or services)

- Full product training across all our services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GEO, Web Dev).
- Case studies, proposal templates.

- Direct support from our internal sales team for complex deals.

? The Details

- Role: Independent contractor (you must register as sole proprietor or incorporated within 90 days)
- Term: 3-month pilot, renewable quarterly
- Minimum Quota: 3 deals/month.
- Min deal size: $2,000+ /month
- Location: Fully remote, open to all Canadian provinces & US states.
- Path to permanent: Top performers convert to full-time with base + commission after 90 days
