As a critical member of the Maintenance Team, you’ll report to the Maintenance Supervisor. You'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex mill electrical systems while responding to equipment breakdowns. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct job risk assessments and create safety plans
- Diagnose electrical issues in mill equipment efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and document improvements
- Respond promptly to critical equipment breakdowns
- Execute quality repairs per industry standards

Requirements

- Legally work in Canada
- Minimum two years in an industrial workplace
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Ability to work 7 days on/7 days off schedule
