InfoTrack Canada

Toronto

InfoTrack Canada is a fast‑growing legal technology company modernizing the infrastructure that connects law firms, lenders, title insurers, government registries and other ecosystem partners.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Hunt net‑new logo opportunities across the Canadian legal market — from boutique real estate practices to national firms. Initially, the majority of your pipeline will be self‑generated through cold outreach, referrals, events, and your own network.
- Position InfoTrack as their platform of choice for land, corporate and PPSA/PPR registry searches, other disbursable services (digital signing, VOI) and legal workflows. Our innovative technology simplifies complex ecosystems of platforms into one seamless, supercharged workflow.
- Run a full sales cycle cold‑to‑close: research and identify ideal‑fit firms, execute targeted outreach, run discovery and demos, manage multi‑stakeholder negotiations, and hand off to onboarding. You own every stage.
- Define and work your ideal customer profile (ICP): know which firm sizes, practice areas, and geographies are highest‑yield, build targeted prospect lists, and execute a disciplined cadence of outreach — calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in‑person at events.
- Land and expand: grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying adjacent services, cross‑selling into new practice groups, and building advocates who pull InfoTrack deeper into the firm.
- Be the voice of the legal buyer internally — bringing market intelligence from your pipeline to shape the product roadmap and contribute to prioritization of features/functionality. Your field insight directly influences what gets built next.
- Represent InfoTrack at legal conferences, CLE events, and bar association forums across Canada.
- Own your number. You will carry an annual quota, calculated as three‑year targets, and be accountable for NRR growth, pipeline coverage, and deal velocity — not just activity metrics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years selling SaaS or technology into law firms or in‑house legal, with a demonstrable record of new‑logo acquisition — not just account management. You can show us a pipeline you built from cold. You know how lawyers buy, what pain points they want to solve, and how to earn their trust.
- Track record of closing multi‑stakeholder deals that you sourced yourself — managing partner, IT, and finance is the norm here. Deals handed to you by an SDR or inbound team are not what we’re hiring for.
- Working knowledge of legal workflows: title search, real estate closing, corporate registry, PPSA and litigation support. This is a required baseline — not a nice‑to‑have. You need to earn credibility with a managing partner in the first ten minutes.
- CRM fluency and discipline — you maintain clean data, forecast accurately, and can walk the CEO through your pipeline in a 15‑minute review without preparation. Salesforce or HubSpot experience preferred.
- Hunter mindset: you are energized by cold outreach and opening new doors, not just managing existing relationships. If your last role was primarily renewal or expansion with an inbound lead flow, this role will require a significant mindset shift.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a meaningful advantage.
- Genuine curiosity about how technology is reshaping legal practice. You will need to sell with insight, not just slides.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

COMPENSATION

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000 CAD annually, with on‑target earnings (OTE) of $150,000 – $200,000 at 100% quota attainment. Commission is uncapped above quota — strong hunters are expected to exceed OTE. Final compensation will reflect your experience, domain depth, and demonstrated recent‑logo track record. In accordance with provincial pay transparency legislation — including Ontario’s Pay Transparency Act and British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act — InfoTrack Canada discloses a pay range for all advertised positions.
