Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop instructional materials
• Coordinate course development activities and timelines
• Ensure accessibility and quality in instructional assets
• Analyze learner feedback for course improvements
• Assist in the design and development of assessments
Requirements:
• Master's degree in instructional design or similar field
• At least five years in instructional design or educational technology
• Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with D2L or similar LMS platforms
• Solid planning and project management skills
